Question / Help How do I not blend pixels? [SOLVED]

I am trying to stream something in 200*200, but the pixels are, well, dull. I want to be able to see each individual pixel, and I don't think that is much to ask for my resolution. Is there any settings for this, or should I just increase my bit rate?

You can host/upload the video somewhere else and link it. I'm not sure what you're expecting from 200x200 output though.

Something basic and fun to watch. Each pixel is randomly replaced by another pixel, except the corners each put out a separate color.

Does it actually need to be 200x200? You'd probably get more clarity if you upscaled to a larger resolution using point filtering.
