when I do alt tab ppl see what I am doing and I see stramers are hid it from viewers like when they do alt tab it look like he didnt do alt tab and the current game is still runing on stream when they do alt tab?
Question / Help how do I hide windows when I do alt tab?

What most ppl do is that they have several monitors. Game on one screen, browser and other applications on the other.
If they use game capture no windows will ever be shown except for the game. If a capture card is used they just capture the game monitor, not the "utility screen".
