Bug Report How do i fix this DLL error?

So i just updated OBS to 17.0.0 and when i checked my latest log i found this dll error:

19:28:40.462: [AMF Encoder] Unable to load 'amfrt64.dll', error code 126.

You don't have a radeon video card, so yes it is normal.
