How do I fix screen screen tearing when recording?

I made a forum post similar to this, but the issue has come back again.

1. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. Record to MKV or FLV. If you record to MP4 or MOV and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable.

If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window or enable Auto Remux in the Advanced Settings.

I've noticed that the screen tearing starts when I open obs, not even starting to record

Post a new log. Also does the screen tearing occur in Minecraft when OBS is minimized?

My screen keeps tearing up and I heard that posting new logs here solves the problem quite easily.
