Question / Help How do I enable 'quick sync' with an MSI board?

Hello,

I have a CPU which supports quick sync, I've checked on Intel's website. It's an i5 2500k.

However, my issue is that quick sync is greyed out in OBS and it tells me to enable it in my BIOS, my issue is that it's not showing up in my BIOS, and I don't know how else to enable it.

I've updated my bios to the most recent version via the CD that came with the board. Finding udpates for my specific board is very difficult.

My motherboard: MSI p67a-g43 (ms-7673)
my CPU: Intel i5 2500k

I've also downloaded MSI's "Control Center" software which allows me to overclock, and adjust bios settings from my desktop after a restart... And again no luck, there's no visible option to turn it on.

If anybody has information on this or could help me in any way I would be very appreciative!

Thanks in advance!

What? There must be a way to force-enable it though if the CPU fully supports the technology and has the firmware inside of it, right?
