A few days ago I noticed that the image is broke (striped and square) when i make fast moves/flicks. I capture only the game. Does anyone know how to fix it? It's kinda annoying to see those.

Base resolution: 1920x1080
Output resolution: 1920x1080
Downscale filter: Bicubic
FPS: 60 fps
Recording format: mp4
Recording encoder: NVIDIA NVENCH H.264 (new)
Rate control: CQP
CQ Level:20
Keyframe Interval:0
Preset: Quality
Profile: high

(here is the link with a mini video so u can understand what i mean: https://streamable.com/hc4om2)
I attached a screenshot too

1. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (scene 'Musynx'). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games! If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
3. Uncheck the box Psycho Visual Tuning.
4. Record to MKV instead of MP4
5. If you can, set your monitors refresh rate to 60 Hz and cap your games at 60 FPS

post new log if still having issues.

#1 from previous post and
Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (scene: Recording).

It seems that the 3rd party plugin you are using (the "win-capture-audio") has constant memory leakage. That means that the plugin's code written with mistakes.

As for the image that breaks into a square blocks - it is hardware error of the encoder. If PC is stable (no overheat, default settings etc) - try to ask encoder's manufacturer (NVIDIA in your case) they may shed a light on what is going on here.
