Question / Help How can i record in HD

I have 1280x720 resolution for 720 hd but when i watch the video it look with lots of squares like pixels , sorry for my bad english, but here i have an example

a guy told me about raising my bitrate but i dont know how much bitrate i should put

The video you linked, does not exist. But I would suggest to setup a higher quality setting.
In the advanced settings of OBS, check "Custom x264 encoder settings" and enter crf=15 into the field below the checkbox.

there the link, its normal that a 20 min video without that "cfr=15" occupy like 300mb and after i put that command occupy like 2.0gb or something like that? sorry for my bad english

Yes, it will use quite some bitrate to produce a good looking recording. You can lower the quality abit by using a higher crf, for example try out 20 and see if the quality is still enough for you :)

Ok thanks to everyone i didnt want to get higher files because i have only 0.7 upload speed and it takes too much to upload a video to youtube, but it's worth it.
