Question / Help How can I play a quick video on my obs ???

Ok Soo Ive seen streamers that put a quick video into their stream whether it be a Frustrated clip or Mind blown clip then quickly get rid of it but I am unsure in how to do this.
Ive Made different scenes with hotkeys and it switches to the scene really quickly but the problem is switching back to my stream that takes about 10-15 seconds.
I stream with Elgato so I dont know if this is part of the problem.
Ideally I would like to have my stream going then quickly play a short clip then get rid of it with out having to switch off of my stream scene, Make sense ? Thanks for any help on my issue I Really appreciate it !!

Use global sources for your webcam and elgato if you're switching scenes like that.

That worked awesome !!! Thanks !!! Do you know if there is a way just to play the chosen video while the cam, elgato and everything else is still up and running ? Do i just have to go through the process of adding a window capture or something cause that would take to long and I just want to be able to play it on command rally quickly

Global sources don't re-initialize between scenes, they just change from one scene to the next.

You don't have to do anything special to get things to work other than change ALL your elgato and webcam sources to global ones.
