Question / Help How can I get OBS close to Shadowplay's quality and efficiency?

Hey guys
So I've only used OBS a few times before, but have never really liked it due to all of the frame drops you get, recently though I'm having issues with audio on Shadowplay that OBS just doesn't have.
One thing I hated when I used OBS before is that a profile can be good on one game but be absolutely horrible on another, like I'd have 15 frame drops on one game but up to 60 Frame drops on another, I'm looking to record 1080p @ 60FPS while still maintaining most of my frames, especially since I'm a frame whore, is that even possible with OBS?
If you have a decent profile that works for you can you please share?
Thanks in advance!

My Setup:
Intel i5-4430 CPU @ 3.0GHz
GTX 780 Windforce OC
Samsung 840 Evo 250GB SSD
Samsung 840 Evo 500GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD
HyperX Fury Series 16GB Ram
Corsair TX750w enthusiast PSU
Asus Z97-Pro Gamer MOBO
Asus Xonar D1 Sound Card
BenQ XL2411Z 24" LED 144hz monitor
Acer 24" 60hz monitor

Most of the Games I play:
Arma 2
BF3
DayZ
CS:GO

it wont be as efficient as shadow play doesnt use any cpu it just relays your image your cpu is already powering to make
with obs you wont be able to stream 1080 @ 60 unless you partner with twitch
even with shadow play it causes constant buffering
shadow play on highest settings isnt as clear as 720p @ 30 fps with 3500 bitrate
if you don't want cpu impact you'd have to use another pc to stream

I understand that shadowplay doesnt use any cpu, I was also talking about local recording, I just have no idea how anyone can use obs and play games while dealing with dropping a million frames, can anyone maintain a little smoothness with obs while playing?
I don't understand how there are so many streamers on 1 pc with quality streams, do they really play with such a performance hit?

Maybe they just have a better cpu then yours, that one isn't going to be able to do 1080p @ 60fps and play a game at the same time.

Check my highlights on twitch on see what nvenc looks like. My setup is pretty similar to yours and I get no complaints on my quality. I stream at 2000 bitrate and I have test videos of that quality using NVENC, quick sync, and x264

Not sure everyone acts like its impossible to use one PC for both streaming and gaming on here and is a general dick to anyone who ask how to do it, it can be done and be very watchable, sure its no partnered 1080p dedicated streaming pc stream but its not the nightmare they lead you to think it is
