Question / Help How can I get more Twitch servers?

On Twitch's page, they have a Chicago server, while I do not have that option and am stuck with a Dallas server (I live in the Chicagoland area). My setup is on the bottom. I am using the beta version, because the regular version does not support Windows. Please help!
