Question / Help How can I do something like this?

Ok, so i wana do a podcast with some friends, something like the Co-Optional podcast done with Totalbiscut, Jessy Cox, and Dodger (if y'all never heard of it, look it up so you have an idea of what I am after). I want to do an overlay like in that, with my own custom overlay of course, and have each skype video feed in it's own individual boxed area as in there's. How do I go about doing this for twitch streaming and all with OBS? Is this even possible with OBS?

Just add new window captures of skype's window and box it around to each user's image. That's pretty much it.
