Question / Help How can i add a Streamoverlay?

Hey im a new streamer and i want to add a overlay to my league of legends stream. how can i do it??

Add the image as an image source and make sure that it appears on top of the Game source in the Sources box.

If you don't mind me asking, how or who made you that overlay?

I am interesting in something like that but my graphical skills are not up to par.
