Bug Report Hotkeys only registering if OBS is the active window

I'm having an issue where my scene hotkeys are only working when OBS is the active window. If I'm in a game while streaming and hit a hotkey to change the scene, it will not work. Any way to fix this? I've tried re-binding each scene which didn't work. Any help is appreciated.

Wich game did U try to use ?

Have a similar issue with Ghost in the Shell first assault, but it's look like more a security from them than a OBS bug.

Will your mouse go through the game if you wanna reach your 2nd monitor ?

So far it doesn't work with any game (CSGO, Overwatch, ARK, DayZ). I play Overwatch in borderless, but all others fullscreen. Can't figure it out.
