Set the key int to 2 and use the same buffer and max bitrate probably use 2000 for both

I once had this problem on my old windows XP using USB wireless connection, stopping wireless zero configuration service somehow stops lag spikes every 60 seconds. This affects online games.

The log file (406.3 KB) shows this:
Interface: Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Virtual Miniport Adapter for Windows x64 (ethernet, 71 mbps)

71 Mbps? Is this a wireless connection?

Welcome to why not to stream over wifi. Run a cable.

Wifi is prone to interference, and is a shared bandwidth space. So anyone else on the same channel will be sharing throughput with you, even on their own AP. So if a neighbor starts transferring a file from their laptop, your connection will tank. Even worse if they transfer it to another device on wifi.
