Question / Help Horizontal Chat Scrolling

I know there's a simple way of getting the chat to display and scroll on the stream using a text file that saves IRC messages, but there has to be something else that can be done.

I'm trying to get the chat messages to scroll across the screen once and if another message appears it will scroll once as well. Very similar to how the chat messages appear on niconico video streams.

I've tried googling around about it, but I don't have a definitive name to call this type of chat feature.

Yeah, there really isn't a way unless someone can create it as a plugin or something.

The Desert Kharon plugin supports horizontal scrolling.

the plugin works well, when it does work, constantly getting disconnected though :( thanks anyways

Is there any alternative to Desert Kharon? It appears to be unsupported at this time.
