Question / Help hooking up 2 mics via Focusrite 2i2

I use a Focusrite 2i2 when recording. However, I'm playing around with the idea of doing a live podcast and want to use two mics at the moment I can only use what I've got. I can't seem to find a way of selecting the inputs on my Focusrite as separate channels. Instead it's just showing me the Focusrite as one whole input. Am I being dumb and missing something or can I literally only use both my inputs on my Focusrite as one input?

+1 for me. Any sound coming through the Focusrite 2i2 doesn't register in OBS
