Question / Help Hook conflict

Stream was running fine up until a week ago. With and i7 and two 970s I shouldnt have any issues but of course I do! Hook conflict in the log not sure what to do guys :(

What makes you think the hook conflict is relevant to your issue?

It is only relevant:
1> If it's causing a crash
2> If it's blocking capture entirely.

Do you have any idea why is would be so choppy? My game is running perfectly fine and the cpu is no where near maxing out.
