Bug Report Hook Conflict Making OBS Crash

Hey all, I was wondering how I could fix this Hook Conflict, it seems to cause a crash anytime I try to preview a game capture window or stream it. Here is the link to my log: https://gist.github.com/a7298c93298ac7eff346

Also for a tad more clarification, almost every game that I stream will not find the game capture unless I run as Admin. And when I do and try to preview and/or stream it, it then crashes.

Looks like it's not the hook conflict but rather the graphics card drivers (nvidia specifically)

You been keeping those up to date?

I try to, is there any specific way to make sure they are up to date?
