I've tried everything and ive figured out that lowering my resoultion and graphics settings ingame and playing in windowed mode + downscaling res in OBS helps framerate with certain games alot. what i want to know is, would using window capture instead of game capture further boost my framerate? I've attached my specs.

What I would like to know is, why stop testing right there and come and ask here, while the easiest way to figure out is really to try it.
Without a log, the general answer I can give you is: No. If aero is off, performance will be a lot worse than game capture. If aero is on, performance will be roughly similar to game capture. But there are small differences here for different users/games, so you can only really find out by trying.
