Question / Help High upload, stream still pixelated

Hi guys, I've got 20MB/s upload so I can handle uploading at 3.5MB/s and still be able to game and talk in TeamSpeak without noticing any latency / ping issues. The problem I have is that my stream still gets pixelated when I am moving (I play FPS games). Anyone got any tips on how I can get the stream to be clearer? I'm not expecting it to be completely pixel free but I at least want to be able to read small text when I'm sprinting about.

My Specs:

GFX Card: Gigabyte GTX 780 OC Rev 2.0
CPU: Intel i5-4670k @ 4.2GHz
RAM: 8GB Avexir Core (Blue) @ 1600MHz
SSD: 128GB Samsung 840 Evo
HDD 1: 1TB Western Digital
HDD 2: 1TB Seagate

See some vods on my channel for evidence -

Anyone got tips on getting my stream to be a better quality? I lose too much FPS to the point where it is unplayable when I move the preset off of veryfast.

Edit: I stream with CBR on but my bitrate is constantly fluctuating down causing me to drop frames etc.

Well, some people will be able to watch, but fewer than if you were streaming at a lower bit rate.

Can you post your log? (Here's how)

I've dropped it down to 3000 bitrate with a 3,500 buffer. Not dropping any frames but my quality is still sub par. What can I do to get a better quality stream? If anyone know's how to get Shadowplay to a good quality then that would be a good option for me as my GPU is better than my CPU for this game, allowing me to keep a high FPS.
