Question / Help High (?) RAM usage while streaming?

How much used ram is normal while streaming over OBS? Tasks that are running in the background are Steam, Skype, actual played game and sometimes Firefox/chrome for my twitch chat, sometimes also spotify and Open Broadcaster Software. While I am playing Unturned for example over OBS with these programs running in the background my ram is rising to about 5-6 GB and slowly rising over time. Is this worrying or a normal value? And what can I do to lower my ram usage while streaming? I don't record it in the background and I am streaming in 720p, 30fps and a bitrate of steady 2000kbps.

you are adding a bunch of programs in and saying the RAM usage is high. What is OBS using, other than that, close the programs you dont need.
