Question / Help High quality audio for twitch

Hi how can I get high quality audio from my mac on twitch, I'm trying to stream my music high quality by playing it through speaker but it sounds so rubbish, I have sunflower, shouldn't it record audio directly from inside the computer?, I plan on streaming with the speakers on as well ,so i'm having issues any help?

Are you using a microphone aswell? if so you can't be playing your music or anything for that matter out of your speakers because you'll end up in a horrible audio loop that will sound terrible.

now I have a problem with the sound being static when I use multi output, this is in the sound setting which is used for sunflower audio?
