Question / Help High ping while using OBS?

Hey guys I'm having really high ping going up to 400 ping from about 95.


Can anyone tell me what to do to low the ping?
 
If you have QoS options on your router make sure RTMP (port 1935) is low priority. Otherwise, lower your bitrate until it's acceptable.
 
Ah Thank You R1CH! I lowered it to about 2k - 2k and I have about 90 ping - 100 which is acceptable.


1 more question. I read a thread where Jim said that Windows 8 only worked for Windows Capture. I tried it and my stream looks flawless and my fps in game is actually 60. Which is great. But, the refreshing gets me irritated. Is there like a automatic refresh? So I don't have to manually keep doing it everytime a new window is up?
 
I have Windows Capture on, but sometimes it doesn't detect the window immediately where I have to hit refresh, then click the window in the setting
