Question / Help High ping while streaming.

Hello guys! First of all I would like to share my config with you so:

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
GPU: Palit GTX 660
CPU: Intel i5 4690
RAM: 12 GB Geil DDR3

So my problem is, when I start my stream (CS:GO) my INGAME PING go crazy high (like 600-700) but my streaming go well, no lagg, no freeze, green box next to my bitrate so its good but the game not playable, when I stop the stream (dont close OBS) my ingame ping go normal and the game go on. My router restarted and restored several times so I dont know what the problem is. Please help me somehow, I'm a streamer from "Magyar eSport TV" and we really need my pc to stream. Of course its a new problem, 2-3 months ago I can stream without any problem.

Post a log file, not screenshots of your settings. It sounds from your text description though that you're trying to stream at more bitrate than your internet connection can support. What's your sustained upload connection rated at?
 
Okay so I tried several games and my ping problem only with CS:GO... I can stream up to 1800 (!!!!) kbps like CS:S, LoL, anything but CS:GO. Intersting...
