Question / Help High ping while streaming

Hello all,

I'm having issues with trying to stream (league of legends) with OBS. My internet is good (75-100 dl speed with 6-10 upload speed) yet whenever i begin a game with OBS on, my ping jumps from 80 to 200+. I can't figure out the issue.

My CPU usage percentage jump to 40% and my memory usage to 5 out of the 8 gigs with OBS and league on.

Here are my specs:

AMD Radeon 7800
AMD fx 6300 6 core processor 3.5ghrz
8G RAM

Any help would be amazing.
