Question / Help high ping while streaming

Hello everyone,

Recently I bought a new PC for streaming purposes and when I try to stream a league of legends game my ping gets really high (around 250), normally it should be 45. I tried using the analyze function in the program but it didn't work. Can someone check my logfile and tell me what is wrong please?

P.S. My upload speed is 7mb.

While playing a online game and streaming at the same time, changes on your ping will happen since you r using bandwith, try lowering the amount of data the streaming sends and look if it helps.

To be honest while watching players in twitch I don't see their ping going insanely high like mine. I mean it's around 30 at max. I also lowered the bitrate it's still the same...

Turn on minimize network impact in broadcast settings.

Thanks, that helped. Now the problem is that the stream for the viewers is a little choppy...

Also I forgot to post my specs and internet connection, for which I am sorry.

PC:
intel i7-3770k
Video: Asus GTX760
ram: 2x4gb corsair

internet speed:
speedofme: download: 17.01Mbps; upload: 4.85Mbps
speedtest: download: 15.91Mbps; upload: 4.21Mbps (to amsterdam)

The interesting thing however is that when I set a bitrate of 2000+ my stream starts to reload for viewers. I seriously have no idea what the cause for this is. Would really appreciate if someone helps me.

Also is it possible that something on my PC is not enabled or do I have to disable something?
