Question / Help High ping while streaming Dota 2/CS:GO

Before the game starts, i have normal ping ( arround 20 ms ) but when we start to fight, ping gets 250ms+ So i would like to know whats my problem and how to play and stream normal w/o lagging ingame. Im streaming with OBS ( since its free and i've heard its better then xSplit )

Also, i've been testing OBS @ CS:GO - same resoult. I have ping 120+ which is unplayable.. Whatever i do, same thing happen's.
Quality isnt that bad, but i cant play cos everything is laggy :/

CPU - Intel Core i7 2600 @ 3.40GHz

And still sometimes my ping gets to 100ms...
How to fix that ?
Am i able to get better quality ?
Better ms ?

If you only have 3.5 Mbps upstream available then lowering your bitrate below 3.0 Mbps could help with your ping.

Configuring proper resolutions would help with quality. If you absolutely must run CS:GO at 1280x960 and not at a resolution that at least matches your monitor's 16:9 aspect ratio, then setting your base resolution in OBS to 1280x960 and downscaling from there would make more sense. Currently in OBS you have a 16:9 base resolution higher than what the game runs at, which causes the image to be upscaled and either pillarboxed (black bars added on the sides) or forced out of its original aspect ratio, then downscaled again. Your system is certainly powerful enough to run at your native resolution but I know CS:GO players are weird about using in-game settings that make sense. :)

Well we have to play cs @ lowres, since we are playin cs from 1999 and then, there wasnt like HD or smth :D We had to play cs @ 800x600 so that's wy nowdays we have to play cs at lowest possible and all details LOW, to have perfect timing and fps :D

So, basicly what should i do with settings ?
Do i need to "resoulution like ingame" or should i select "Monitor 1" ?

Select your capture source and press Ctrl+F to fit it to the new base resolution size you've set.

Sometimes ping jumps from time to time to 80-90ms ( just few sec ) . Do i need to set bitrate a bit lower ?
Same as above ( just with CTRL + F ) works fine, but im wondering, is ti possible to stream fullscreen @ 4:3 w/o black bars ?
My mic is a bit low for some reason but that's not big problem at all.
I would like to see img streached @ 4:3 if its possible ?

it is possible to stream 4:3 without blackbars by either stretching the capture or put some information on the side like a lot osu streamer do.

your ping problem ... well 3,4mbit upload and you try to stream with 2700-3000 guess what happens when the bitrate fluctuates

so yes the only way to get rid of ping spikes is by setting your bitrate lower as a start i would suggest 2250 leaves enough room for whatever else you are doing the game and bitrate fluctuations

The solution is to either run your game at a 16:9 resolution or stretch your existing source out of its 4:3 aspect ratio (what you were doing previously), which will distort it and look bad.

Well games are not same at all.
Running Dota 2 at 1920x1080 full HD ( just shadows off )
I would like to stream at same resolution if its possible, but when i try that, ping is INSANE high and sometimes i feel like fps drop.
Dunno what should be my bitrate for MOBA games and to have good quality ( with this 3mbit up if its possible ) :/

The same suggestions apply regarding the "Minimize network impact" option and lowering your bitrate.
