Question / Help High Ping While Recording

I have been trying to record my League of Legends games, but every time that I try my ping shoots up to around 400 and it becomes unplayable. This is especially upsetting because I am not even trying to stream and I have it set up to just record, and yet my ping still goes up. I have my bitrate and buffer size set the lowest possible and my mode is on File Output Only. I have messed around with some other settings too but those are only to try and make the video quality better, and shouldn't affect the stream or my ping. If there are any settings that you know of to make sure that I am not taking up any of my bandwith please let me know. Thanks in advance and have a good day.

Looks like your CPU is getting overloaded. It's only a dual-core CPU, which is too bad. Try changing your FPS to 30 and perhaps downscale a bit and see how that helps.
