Question / Help High Ping Spikes whilst streaming

Hello, I have been having very high ping spikes when streaming League of Legends, ever since i started using OBS, i am certian it is something to do with my settings but can put my finger on it.

i have a upload speed of 1.9 mbps

i have attached the most recent log i have, i hope that someone can find the problem with it via that

any help would be great

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.

i tried the "minimize network impact" feature, but it resulted in a lot of frame drops. in your expert opinion, what would be an optimal bitrate for me to use, retaining quality to some degree but lowering the ping impact??

Lower the bit rate until the ping spikes stop. Once you find that place, you can make a better decision as to what bit rate to use.

You're probably going to need to downscale by at least 2.25 though, if not more.
