Question / Help High Ping But Good Upload?

Hello Everyone!

I currently use OBS to stream games, My problem is my Ping boosts up to around 300 or maybe even 600 when I play online games and stream, I have an upload speed of 6.7MB/s and Download of 37 MB/s.

When I stream CS:GO My ping shoots up to a ridiculous amount, Meaning im unable to actually play and sometime the Game is zoomed in on my stream.

Any help would be appreciated!

Okay I can stream any game, Multiplayer as well, But JUST CS:GO Lags out and gives me high ping. I played TF2 and the max ping went to was 70 and it dropped back down after like 5 seconds.

Already changed it to that, Getting really good ping on every other Game apart from CS GO. Also I'm dropping mad frames when i have my stream chat as a pop out on my second screen! So confused!
