Question / Help High Latency While Recording

This happened when I first got OBS, it went away, and now it's happening again after months of fine recording. Here's my latest log: https://gist.github.com/00d5128a41e345fca907.

While recording, I'll frequently freeze up entirely for a few seconds and TeamSpeak will show a huge ping spike. I'm 99% sure it's OBS because it doesn't happen when I'm not recording. Does this mean I have to lower my settings or something?

1920x1080 at 60fps? OBS might be using up too much CPU. Maybe try superfast or ultrafast preset to lower CPU usage at a small cost of quality.

I've been recording at 1920x1080 @60 FPS for a while now and it's only just starting to lag me now; I get ping spikes in the thousands. I dropped my FPS to 30 and my ping only jumps up 20, but that's a huge hit on quality. Is there anything else I can do?
