High Gradual CPU Usage but no drop in frames

I have been using obs for the past few months and getting at most 15%-25% CPU usage with 25% being very rare. OBS updated and now my recording sessions begin at that amount and gradually increase to 25-40% and then skyrockets to 80-90%. I record at 1080p with 60fps and have only seen it drop frames once out of a 5+ tests. I'd say its great I am not losing frames but I imagine this a bad sign and do no want to damage and risk anything on my PC. I've included my most recent log. Please let me know if I did not upload the log correctly. This is my first time posting for help. Thank you!

0. Audio buffering hit the maximum value. This is an indicator of very high system load, will affect stream latency, and may even cause individual audio sources to stop working. Keep an eye on CPU usage especially, and close background programs if needed.

Occasionally, this can be caused by incorrect device timestamps. Restart OBS to reset buffering.

Source affected (potential cause): Discord
1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. Your GPU is maxed out and OBS can't render and encode scenes fast enough (~3.25% of the time). OBS requires a little GPU to render your scene.

Enable hardware decoding when available on your Game Capture 4K60 S+ and set the resolution to 1920x1080 to match your canvas.
Set Multipass Mode to Single Pass and disable Psycho Visual Tuning as those use additional GPU.

Please check our guide for ideas why this may be happening, and steps you can take to correct it: GPU Overload Issues.
3. Record to MKV. If you record to MP4 or MOV and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable. If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window or enable Auto remux in the Advanced Settings.

If still having issues, post new log.

I disabled HAGS, set multipass mode to single pass, and disabled Psycho visual tuning. I also recorded to mkv this time. Thank you for instructions on how to remux the file. I have been curious about that for a while. I am not sure how to enable hardware encoding on my game capture 4k60+ and I think I have it set to 1920x1080 already.

I recorded for about 40 minutes and got the same issue. The CPU started at a consistent 20-24% for the first 35 minutes and then shot up to 70-80%.

Here is my latest log file from that recording session.
