Question / Help HIGH FPS INGAME

Hey guys, how are you?

My PC config:
Processor: AMD FX-8350
VGA: AMD Radeon HD 7770
8GB RAM
SSD HyperX 240GB
Internet Connection: 35mb/3mb upload

My CS:GO cfgs that i use is: Resolution 1280x960 with high peformance. My fps in tha game reach like 299, and in smoke etc down to 160~200, i think normally one.

Im trying to stream in Twitch, but i set my Bitrate at 2000 (cuz some posts i've seen, the guys said to keep 500~1000 left for the connection). Theres a problem: When i open the game, my fps down to 40...wtf?

Anyone know what to do or something to change?

Try monitoring through task manager cpu usage and see what is eating your cpu performance. Other then that, make sure that preset is veryfast by default, that you are not recording at the same time. So basically try reinstalling OBS, just set bitrate and buffer in same amount "2000", add your channel key and start stream while you monitor cpu/ram usage in task manager.

Also upload log from OBS for other people to try and help you.
