Question / Help High fps in game, low fps in the recording.

So i'm getting actually good fps while in game (about stable 60 or above)but after i finish recording and view the video i just recorded the game is at well under 10 fps and gets pretty hard to watch.This has haappened in 2 games by now,Rainbow Six Siege and GTAV.Does anyone have a related issue or a fix to this?

Tried using the ultrafast x264 preset with the recording settings?

Just tried it and it seems to have fixed most of the problem but the game still looks like it is running in -20 fps.Any other ideas?
