Question / Help High FPS in game, low FPS in OBS

Hi everyone, so i use OBS for a while, it's a great bradcaste program, but i have one problem when i'm streaming Counter Strike:GO (Obs.: It's only counter strike), my FPs in game is about 60-80, but in OBS is about 4-10...
I can stream League of Legends Normally with the graphics on almost on ultra.. (FPS in OBS 30 in game 40-60)

Obs.: Yeeeah i know, i'm using a GeForce 8600 to stream.. But like i said, i can tream another games normally... it's ONLY in Counter Strike:GO

Your video card is really old and CSGO is likely maxing it out. Set an FPS limit or enable vsync to give OBS a chance to use the card.

I changed the max FPS in Counter Strike to 60, and on OBS to 25, but still the same. Already tryed to low down the resolution, decreasse my bit rates, but nothing D:
