Question / Help High FPS in game but Low FPS in OBS

So, i got this problem since i downloaded the Progra, everytime i'll stream with OBS, i get low FPS in STREAM (Not in game) i get like 40-60 FPS in game but 4-10 FPS in Stream...

Probably because you're using monitor capture. Game capture and window capture are always faster and more ideal to use

Wait wait a second here, 8600 GT? Am I reading that right? Isn't that a pretty old graphics adapter?

Yes it is, but i can play LOL in Very High at 60FPS, battlefield 3 on Medium at 30-35FPS... lol it's pretty good...

It doesn't have the right kind of horsepower for using OBS + playing your game, though. More modern GPUs have more stream processors and can handle what OBS demands a lot better.
