Question / Help High End PC but the Game Capture is low frames....

i get 40 fps half the time on game capture.... i have a 240 hz monitor and g sync just so u know... and games run over 200 fps but i still get low on the game capture.... internet speed is sufficient too....
I have a 2080 TI FE a Ryzen 3950x...

That log is from a run of the auto-configuration wizard. For performance data from an actual stream, open OBS, start an output session, observe your issue, close the session, then upload the log.
