Hello OBS community,
If this is not the right place for this mods please move.
I am fairly new to streaming and I have 2 high end PC's to stream and I am looking for some advice on how I should configure OBS based on my Hardware.

9900k @ 5ghz 11700kf @ 5ghz
32Gigs of ram @ 3600 16Gigs of ram @ 3200
RTX 3090 RTX 3070ti
240hz monitor Avermedia Live gamer 4k GC573 240hz Capture card. 240hz@1080p
C920 Webcam
Blue Yeti USB mic
144hz monitor
1000\40 comcast internet connection
Wat I would like to accomplish is get the best out of my hardware to have a high framerate high quality stream for fast motion FPS games.
if you can recommend some settings to help me maximize ROI on my hardware I would really appreciate it. I have looked what up what nvidia recommends for RTX settings but i'm not happy with it as the motion doesn't look as smooth as some of the popular streams with fast motion fps games like warzone.
