Question / Help High Encoding

Whenever i stream it is smooth for a few seconds, then the video just freezes with the audio recording going smooth. This happens when the WARNING: HIGH ENCODING appears in OBS. i tried every method found online but to no avail. Can anyone help tackle the issue from my obs log files? Tha.nk you
