Question / Help High Encoding when trying to record Minecraft

Hello,

So im trying to record Minecraft but when i start recording OBS says "Warning: HIGH ENCODING"
Here's some information that might help

PC Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4440 @ 3,10 GHz
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750
Ram: DDR3 2x4GB
OS: Windows 7 Proffesional 64-bit

Minecraft Version: Minecraft 1.8.9 with Optifine

OBS Settings:

OBS Log is attached to the thread

- Get rid of your custom params, they're ridiculous
- Enable vsync or the FPS limiter in Minecraft
- Follow the instructions at https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/how-to-make-high-quality-local-recordings.16/

If performance is still poor please post a new log file.
