Question / Help High encoding warning

I noticed 2 things today when I was streaming minecraft. My OBS lost connection to twitch about every 30min which I assume is because I am streaming with a wireless connection. The second thing I noticed was that there was some high encoding warning on the bottom left of OBS. I have streamed before and to my knowledge the encoding warning wasnt there. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. I dont know if this info will help or not but I was streaming minecraft and my OBS was set up to the US East: Ashburn, VA thing under Broadcast Settings. Also any general help about better settings for streaming would be appricated
