Question / Help High Encoding Problem

Hello, sorry if my english is not the best. I'm having a issue with a "High Enconding" thing. If you gonna submit the thread, I already read it and it didn't resolve nothing (atlest what I saw). I know I can do livestream on twitch without any problem because I can with Action, but with OBS it does a continue lag issue. If can someone help me with this it would be great.

Post the log file from when you applied the changes suggested under the heading, "Change your x264 preset" in the thread Harold linked.
