Question / Help high encoding... pixelated stream

I am in need of some serious help.....

I have been trying to mess with this myself and i keep messing up something else and not fixing my problem..

if you can take a look at what i am dealing with and try to guide me to a solution to make my stream nice and clean that would be great!

I'm using a Elgato Capture Card and I have a Logitech Carl Zeiss Tessar HD webcam

It would also help me even more and faster if you provided screen shots of what i need to have as my settings

We didn't need the analyzer link for the log.

It's very much not helping that you're running obs on the intel instead of the nvidia.

Also, bitrate too low, resolution too high.

what should i change the bitrate and resolution to?

1280x720 for output resolution (scaled)
2000 bitrate
30fps

this has made it much better, but the pixels is still there if there is to much movement on the stream

hello harold. so i got a new internet.. and when i stream it says high encoding to much CPU. can you help me again with the stream settings?

Your network connection doesn't affect system performance that way. Post a new log file with your current settings, presumably you changed something if it worked before - https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/problem-make-sure-to-post-a-log-and-or-crash-dump-howto.97/

- Downscale to 1280x720 under Settings > Video
