So I'm trying to set up OBS for the first time, and I am having some issues when it comes down to encoding. I have an upload speed of 15.14, and have tried setting my max bitrate from 1000 to 3500 , but there are still issues resulting in a dramatic frame rate dip. I was wondering if there is a solution to this.
