Im getting some major encoding issues when i dont feel i should be, any help would be appreciated.

Make sure your GPU isn't being maxed out by Tomb Raider (enable vsync, turn down some details, etc.). Add your webcam as a global source so it doesn't hang on scene changes. If the problem still happens post an updated log.

So is this a GPU Issue? can my I5 4670k handle both operations?
