Question / Help High Encoding CPU Usage

Hello, first of all english is not my native language so im sorry if i write something worng, but i will try to do my bast to explain the situation

I have a very very decent computer but im still getting the "High Encoding CPU" error, and that drops the FPS, someone can help me please?

My informations:

OS : Windows 7
OS Version: 64x
Video: GTX Titan Black
Processor: i7
Ram: 34gb
