Question / Help High encoding CPU issue, hardware related?

Hello, I've recently been having issues with extended live streaming. Everything is fine for the first couple of hours or so. Then OBS starts giving me the "WARNING! High encoding CPU usage" message. When I go over my past broadcast, I notice that my audio starts having issues when this happens. I used to be fine streaming at slightly higher settings (1080p downscaled to 720p, 60fps, 2250 bitrate), but don't know what's going on now. I read over the FAQ and have yet to try 30fps, but have adjusted other settings. Is it possible that my hardware needs to be replaced soon or do my settings need to be lowered even more now? Would simultaneous streaming and local recording have anything to do with it? Log provided from the most recent broadcast. If there's any other info that's needed, please let me know.

Code:
RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Stalled for 1768 ms to write
244843 bytes (buffer: 0 / 246784), unstable connection?

Your connection is stalling during the stream. this causes OBS to halt what its doing. imagine a traffic jam. Contact your ISP

It doesn't seem like it would, but would that also affect how OBS does the local recording as well? I tend to do simultaneous live streaming/recording and notice the same issue when looking back on the local recording of the broadcast.

i think one affects the other so yes. Obs one shares the same stream from my experience. I coukd be wrongand correct me if i am but tye same here issue would happen if your hard drive couldnt write fast enough but your stream woukd stall before your drive wouod

Possible fix by adding -multi to the target of an OBS shortcut and using one to stream and one to record?
