I know there is a thread for high encoding however none of those have been an issue EVER. When the new update had came over this past week I started having issues when I stream with frame drops and the WARNING: High Encoding. I have been using OBS since mid Oct. of last year. I have NEVER had an issue till just this past week. I've analyzed the logs and have tried different things to help but to no avail. One thing I have noticed is (I mainly play cs:go lately) when I tab out of the game I don't get the warning anymore and the stream is fine. Once I tab back into the game though I start to drop frames. (I play in windowed fullscreen so the game still shows and plays when I tab out). Is this a bug or error on OBS's part or did something in the new update just make OBS CPU intensive? Like I said I haven't had issues with streaming from obs for just about a year now until the new updates came out.
Note: I checked my CPU usage as well on my task manager, NOT streaming I sit at <15% once I start streaming though my CPU goes above 50% usage...
