Question / Help HIGH CPU Usage

well, i had perfect settings for myself for streaming, after updating windows to windows 10, i get red message: high cpu usage, try to lower your settings" even with lil bit lower settings than past.. Any help????

Can you post a log from when you were using windows 8 and one from when you were using windows 10?

I do not have log, when i used win 8 :C but i do have some stream highlights when i was streaming
