The red warning appeared from time to time while I tried recording some gameplay. I noticed that while the warning was active the recording became horribly laggy. After doing some research, I found out my CPU's usage was dropping severely during the few seconds of lag. I thought it might have been throttling itself so I tried disabling Cool 'n' Quiet, AMD Turbo Core and C6 in the bios, but nothing made a change. Any ideas of how I can fix this issue?
